Our goal is to render professional service and to timely and qualitatively perform the works in order to ensure profitability of a project.

To date the company assets contain over 100 accomplished projects in 11 cities of Ukraine, from turn-key construction of 39 McDonald’s restaurants to designing and management of large investment projects in real estate, including industrial units.

Our activities in Ukraine commenced in Kharkiv in 1993 when we launched a company with foreign investments Slav-Invest, LTD. In 1999, as our key clients were located in Kiev region, Slav-Invest, LLC has been established in Kiev city on the basis of Slav-Invest, LTD.

The map of our projects is rather wide – Eastern and Western Ukraine, Central and South part, Crimea.

Our projects have succeeded due to the team of professionals consisting of foreign and Ukrainian experts with extensive construction experience in different countries (Germany, Czechia, Austria, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Russia and Ukraine). For recent two decades the various units valued over USD 1370 bln. in total have been erected in these countries. For our projects we engage eminent foreign and local experts in their fields.

Slav-Invest is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce (ACC), the European Business Association (EBA), the Ukrainian Building Materials (UBM) corporation , and the Ukrainian Building Association (UBA).
