Firma Odiag, JSC
| On May 13, 2006 Slav-Invest, LLC and Firma Odiag, JSC (Rovno) signed a contract for development of the Architectural concept for and the pre-project proposal on reconstruction of the shopping mall "Noviy Riven'" including buidling to third and underground floors and the adjacent territory landscaping at 1 Korolenko str., Rovno (total area - 13700 sq.m.)

| On May 5, 2006 Slav-Invest LLC signed a contract with Finansbank (Holland) N.V. for re-planning of premises at 77A Bolshaya Vasilkovskaya str. (total area – 440 sq.m) for the bank office in Ukraine. Under the contract Slav-Invest will perform design and fit-out works as well as provides approval of project documentation with city authorities.
Banks of Finansbank Group (Turkey) are represented in many European countries (Germany, Belgium, France, Switherland, Romania, Russia), and this year the Group launches its activities in Ukraine. The parties agreed that contract signature will launch further successful cooperation.

The IX International conference “Real Estate and Construction in the Baltic States 2006”
| On April 7, 2006 the IX International conference “Real Estate and Construction in the Baltic States 2006” took place in Riga (Latvia). The organizers of the conference were Riga Managers School RMS Forum (the organizer of international conferences in Baltic States) and Hansabanka. The event was supported by the Ministry of Economy, the Riga City Council, real estate associations, real estate appraisal associations of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The leading Baltic and foreign real estate experts participated in the conference.
The event was aimed to facilitate in development of real estate and construction friendly environment, to establish better conditions for interaction and cooperation among the real estate market players.
The major attention within the conference was paid to discussion of the prospects of development and investment opportunities of Baltic real estate market due to EU new borders, legal aspects in construction industry and problems of quality with new construction units.
The conference was attended by the leading experts and real estate market specialists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Great Britain and other countries.
Under the conference, Milan Pajevic General Director of Slav-Invest delivered a speech on “UTOPIA… or how to grow a real Project Manager”. Based on evaluation of conferees feedbacks the speech was found the most interesting, and in accordance with popularity rating the General Director was given the top.

“Practice of Project Management optimization with the use of Spider Project”

On 31st of March, 2006 the Second Ukrainian Conference “Practice of Project Management optimization with the use of Spider Project” took place in Kiev. During the conference the General Director of Slav-Invest LLC, Milan Pajevic gave a speech “System approach to Project Management. Distinctions of Ukrainian reality from common methodology”. Chief Project Analyst of Slav-Invest, Elena Sharova shared with the participants of the event by her practical experience in the speech “Experience of Projects’ planning and realization in the field of supermarket opening: some lessons”.

| On March 24, 2006 Slav-Invest, LLC and Ukraine’s representative office of WestLB AG Bank (Germany) entered into a contract on re-planning of office premises in the building at B. Khmelnitskogo str. Under the contract Slav-Invest performs design works, approval of project documentation with respective state organs, and construction and fit-out works as well as engineering works. Construction works start on April 1, 2006.

On March 23, 2006 Slav-Invest, LLC and Baker & McKenzie – CIS, Limited entered into a contract on construction and fit-out works as well as engineering works in the office premises at Renaissance Business Center (attic floor) at 24 Vorovskogo str. The works start on March 29, 2006. Design works for office premises of Baker & McKenzie preceded the contract signature.

The second Kiev International Conference “REAL ESTATE & financing. Perspective' 2006” took place in International Exhibition Center on the 23rd of February of 2006.
The Conference was supposed to establish the constructive dialogue between representatives of building companies and design organizations, insurance and investment companies, developers and realtors; to share experience of implementation of projects in the field of high-altitude and elite construction and realization of such objects in Ukraine and abroad; to interrelate all the stages of business development at real estate market from attracting investments, designing and selection of construction site location to putting into operation and sale of highly remunerative real estate object.
Among the conferees there were the representatives of land market public institutions and of construction sector, managers of building, investment, financial, insurance, legal, consulting, realty companies, chief architects and leading specialists in the area of real estate.
Within the Conference Mr. Milan Pajevic, General Manager of Slav-Invest llc., gave a report on subject “Analysis and trends of real estate market development in Ukraine from the market participants’ point of view”.

I International Conference «Modern Architecture: integrity of the city development and high income. Searching the compromise»
On February 21, 2006 within the framework of VI Ukrainian Architectural and Construction Week I International Conference «Modern Architecture: integrity of the city development and high income. Searching the compromise» took place in the International Exhibition Center.
At the conference, Mr. Milan Pajevic, General Director of Slav-Invest, presented a speech on «System approach to Project Management. Distinctions of Ukrainian reality from common methodology». The subject matter highlighted is rather urgent for Ukrainian real estate market.
The speech covered some external peculiarities of real estate investment projects in Ukraine relating uncertain legal environment, unstable economic environment, complex relations between project participants and unpredictable risks arising between investors and state organs when settling land issues. From the speaker’s point of view, the internal feature of investment projects is a problem of limited powers of Project Manager in decision making especially in budget management. Besides the lack of professionals in project management is extremely urgent problem today. But the major features of Ukrainian reality are low culture of doing business and unwillingness of market players to observe the set rules.

| On December 14, 2005 the IV International Conference «Real estate in Ukraine – 2005: What restrains investments?» took place in Radisson SAS Hotel, Kiev. The Conference was organized by RMS-Ukraine with support of Ukrainian Construction Association and Realtors’ Association.
Mr. Milan Pajevic, General Director of Slav-Invest presented a speech on «Third wave of foreign investment. Why is it weaker than the preceding ones?». The speech was welcomed by the conferees. The analysis of questionnaires carried out by the conference organizers showed that most of the participants considered the speech the most interesting one.
Over 160 reps of local and foreign companies dealing with real estate and construction, specific NGOs and banks, officials of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Administration, Ukraine’s Ministry of Construction and Architecture, State Property Fund attended the Conference.
One of the major objectives of the Conference was to define factors restraining investment inflow to real estate and to discuss the ways of their elimination.
The importance and urgency of the matters were proved by the discussion launched during the conference and constructively resulted in signing the resolution.
From the point of view of the participants, the conference was the best one in this field in Ukraine for recent 5 years.
