PMI Kiev Chapter

16 November 2005. The monthly meeting of the members of PMI Kiev Chapter took place in BÌS Consulting Training center. The Managing Director of Slav-Invest Mr. Milan Pajevic gave a lecture on «PM services market in Ukraine – the peculiarities of development and future prospects», which was a success at the meeting. The presentation was highly estimated by the audience among which there were representatives of domestic companies specialized in IT technologies, innovations, construction and FMCG.

«URBAN DESIGN»
| On 3-4 November 2005 a Symposium dedicated to «URBAN DESIGN» will be held in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro. Our exclusive outside designer Dragana Panic shall take part in the Symposium within the topic «The Role of Urban Designers in Creating an Urban Environment». Dragana Panic will make a speech on: «A Storefront as «PR» of Urban Design». We would like to remind you that Dragana Panic is part of our group of external designers TOTAL DESIGN. She is the author of many design projects developed in Kiev for such well-known companies as B.A.T., McDonald’s, KRKA, Tarkett, Shvydko, Ericsson, and many others.

29.09.2005 The grand opening of the Administrative Machinery Department of B.A.T.-Prilucky in the Chernigov region brought to the end the second phase of the "FORWARD" Project, developed by British American Tobacco. Slav-Invest is the Manager of this Project and the designer of the interior design project for the AMD VIP-zone. The full reconstruction of the Prilucky tobacco factory will be finished in 2006.

Olimpecs Trans
|
12.08.2005 contract for project management of constructing residential complex on 160 apartments at Stoiteley Str. in Gurzuf was signed between “Slav-Invest” LLC and “Olimpecs Trans” company. Total area of residential building is 27 000 square meters. This project also makes provision for constructing closed parking and pool. The project is realized in the frameworks of cooperation program between “Slav-Invest” LLC and investment company “Hanner Invest”.

Prioritet
| 12.08.2005 contract for project management of constructing 16-18-story two-sectional apartment house at V.Inber lane in Odessa was signed with Prioritet company. Its total area including underground and overground parking is 30 000 square meters. The project is realized in the frameworks of cooperation program between “Slav-Invest” LLC and investment company “Hanner Invest”.

01.08.2005 ã. contract for project management of constructing Multifunctional office complex in Kiev at Ivana Kudri Str. was signed with Kiev Paperboard Plant. Planed total area of the complex is 22 400 square meters. The concept of construction assumes city business-center creation; it will consist of 5 main functional zones including office, catering, sport and recreational zones, and also two-level underground parking.

July 27, 2005 signatory of a design services contract entered into with the Kiev Paper Mill for developing preliminary and basic drawings for construction of a Multifunctional office center in Kiev at Ivana Kudri Str.

| 26.07.2005 by the Decree of President of Ukraine #1133/2005 dated 26-th of July 2005 “Slav-Invest” company Chief projects architect Uhan Vladimir Nikolayevich was given a State purse of Ukraine in the field of architecture of 2005 year. The prize is given for architecture of Ukrainian banking academy buildings complex in Sumy.
