Slavuta plant “Budfarfor”
| 22.06.2005 ã. contract for the developing of detail design for construction of storage facilities, total area 3500 ì2, at the territory of the plant was signed with Slavuta plant “Budfarfor”. The contract for the supply and the assembly of the furniture for the dinner-room and the banquet room of the restaurant of the plant was signed with Slavuta plant “Budfarfor”.

The First Investment forum “Ukraine – Russia 2005”
| The First Investment forum “Ukraine – Russia 2005” took place on the 21-22 of June 2005. During this forum Russian and Ukrainian entrepreneurs discussed the issues regarding attraction of investors from Russia to Ukrainian markets, changes of investment policy of new Ukrainian government. The subjects of discussion were legislative initiatives directed to Ukrainian investment affinity increase; government programs intended for optimization of work with foreign investors; direction of tax and fiscal policy in Ukraine. Also investment plans of Russian companies in Ukraine, reforms carried out in natural monopolies sphere, energy strategy of the country were considered. In the context of round-table discussion on theme “Investments in commercial real estate” “Slav-Invest” managing director Milan Pajevic has presented the speech “Analysis and forecasts for real estate market of Ukraine from the view of market participants”.

| 13.06.2005 ã. The contract for the developing of pre project conceptual proposals for construction of Multifunctional office complex at Ivana Kudri Str. in Kiev was signed with Kiev Paperboard Plant.

The International symposium “Project management: Business. Ideas. Practice”
| “Slav-Invest” company took part in International symposium “Project management: Business. Ideas. Practice” that was held in Saint Petersburg on 17-18 of May 2005. At this symposium “Slav-Invest” Managing Director Milan Pajevic and Leading analyst Elena Sharova made the speeches with the following subjects: “UTOPIA… or how to bring up a real project manager” and “Procedural model as a project management instrument”. Those speeches were highly appreciated by symposium participants.
The initiators of this event were Russian association of Project Management “SOVNET” and International Association of Project Management – IPMA. In the context of symposium an individual subject track “Construction project management” was formed, that covered widely the subject of construction projects’ management. Questions, raised by speakers, were connected with peculiarities of adaptation project management to construction and also - the ways of problems solving in cost management in investment construction projects, starting from concept development and finishing with substantial completion. Those questions are topical not only for Russian construction market, but they are also typical for Ukrainian construction market.
After speeches presentation “Slav-Invest” company representative obtained the invitation to International congress, which will take place in New-Deli in November 2005.

| On the 17-th of March, 2005 the first Ukrainian conference "Practice of project management optimization using Spider Project" took place, on which Managing director of "Slav-Invest" company Milan M. Pajevic had spoken with the report "UTOPIA…or how to bring a real project manager up ". The Chief Project analyst Elena Sharova and Quantity & Quality Surveyor Dmitriy Klassen as well made a report “Application of Project management Procedure model on the real project”.
Numerous questions of listeners and discussion proved relevancy of the topics, raised by lecturers. At the end of conference organizers have conducted questioning in which participants noted professionalism of lecturers and a high level of reports, devoted to problems of formation of project management culture in Ukraine.
On completion of this seminar a brief practical seminar, the subject of which was “Interaction with an insurance company”, was held, it turned out to be profitable for “Slav-Invest” employees for further effective cooperation with insurance companies
