28.02.05 - the Contract on developing of the “Pre Project Proposals”, design-estimate documentation for the stages “Detail Design” and “Shop Drawings” on construction of residential block with medical and public facilities on 119/121, Pobedy Av., in Svyatoshin district in Kiev (approximate area 50 000 m2) with “Magistral” was signed.

On the 16-th of February 2005, the III International conference “Construction and Real estate” took place at “KievBuild 2005” exhibition. On this conference Managing director of “Slav-Invest” company Milan M. Pajevic evaluated the situation on the Ukrainian real estate market in his report “Analysis and prognoses of the Ukrainian real estate market from the standpoint of market participants”. The report aroused keen interest of mass media and conferees.

"UBM"

The contract has been signed for stage-by-stage reconstruction of “UBM” corporation building at the address 73, Artema Str. The object represents sixteen-storeyed brick building of the end of 80th. For today the stage "Ï" is transmitted to the Customer and works on reconstruction of the building have been started.

On the 16-th of November the meeting in the framework of the Ukrainian-Belgian business-congress took place in hotel "Dnepr". There were present "Slav-Invest" employees and Belgian businessmen. "Slav-Invest" company was represented by: Chief architect - Tselovalnik Sergey Anatolievich and Head of project management department - Fidail Khananov. In the framework of the given congress meetings with the Belgian architect have been organized. She had expressed her view concerning similarity between coordination schemes of construction in historical parts of city in our countries. Also the meeting with the representative of "Expert Bel" company took place. This company is engaged in consulting and expert evaluation in the sphere of safety systems (fire protection, etc.), etc.) of construction objects.
As a whole, meetings have passed at a worthy level and appeared to be useful for all participants. Representatives of "Slav-Invest" have expressed an opportunity of co-operation with the Belgian businessmen.

"Grand-Media"

On the 11-th of November the contract on all-inclusive advertising-marketing service with advertising agency "Grand-Media" was signed. "Grand-Media" will execute the advertising and PR support of "Slav-Invest" and also will provide with marketing services.
As "Slav-Invest" has started the systematized advertising and PR campaign, which also is connected with an output of a new product for the mass consumer in the market – that is "SIStyle", the management of "Slav-Invest" has taken the decision to apply to the services of a advertising agency. "Slav-Invets" has chosen "Grand-Media" for exclusive representation in the advertising market taking into consideration the successful experience in realization of printed mass-media projects, and in carrying out advertising campaigns in the real estate market as well.

"Technopolis"
|
On November, 9 this year the contract on project management of construction of hypermarket "Technopolis" located at: Kiev region, Borispolsky district, village Prolisky, 2 Brovarskaya Str. was signed. On the procedure of contract signing the following officials were present: the managers of company "Technopolis", investor’s representatives ("PrivatBank"), and the managers of company "Slav-Invest". Both sides agreed in opinion concerning the organization of construction process management and the pattern of interrelation "Client – Project Management Company".
The object presents an unfinished building. The total area of the future hypermarket is more than 4000 sq. m: sales area - 2700 sq. m, specialized warehouse – 975 sq. m,– administrative block – 1045 sq. m.
