| Grand opening of representative office of “Ericsson” company in Ukraine took place on the 4-th of November.
"Slav-Invest" company executed design work, installation of internal engineering networks and interior finish of the office at Business-city "Forum" (building 7, 13 Pimonenko Str.). Total area of the office premises is 1212,4 sq. m.
The president of "Ericsson" in East Europe and Central Asia - Bjorn Hemstad Grand, and president of company "Kievstar GSM " - Igor Litovchenko attended the ceremony of opening. The guests highly appreciated the work of "Slav-Invest" company, both the interior design, and the quality of its execution. Managing director of “Slav-Invest" Milan Pajevic presented a key as a traditional gift of Slavic peoples – the symbol of openness of a new house to everything positive.

| On 9-10 of October the top-management and leading specialists of “Slav-Invest” took part in the seminar of education programme Global Registered Education Provider Project management Institute “Organization of project management using procedure model of project management” that was organized by “Management Technologies Spider Ukraina”. Anna Starinska, the famous expert in project management gave a lecture. The problems concerning procedural models which are essential for effective project management were treated at the seminar. The issues of interaction of analytical service with contractors and project manager were also raised. The urgent problem of accountability (its periodicity, filling and so on) and of constituent procedural elements of construction project management was not passed over. Business game regarding the phase of “finishing project and putting into commission” forwarded the working-out of certain sequence of operations from the managing company part in the construction project close-out. All the participants of the seminar gave the favourable estimation to the results of the seminar, which they could use in their further practice.
On completion of this seminar a brief practical seminar, the subject of which was “Interaction with an insurance company”, was held, it turned out to be profitable for “Slav-Invest” employees for further effective cooperation with insurance companies

BAVARIA WOLLTEX COMPANY
| Grand opening of the first in Ukraine “Bavaria Wolltex Company” office with a show-room took place on the 7-th of October in the house “Volna” placed at 13 oStaronavodnitskaya Str., in Kiev. “Slav-Invest” company executed the project documentation, worked out the interir design, fulfilled all the construction works and carried out the project management on the whole.
Mr. Milan Pajevic has handed over to the general manager of “Bavaria Wolltex Company” Igor Zunkovic the symbolic key to the new premise in the atmosphere of solemnity. The grand opening of new office was followed by a banquet and entertainment program which included a fashion show. Total area of premises is 190 sq. m. Mr. Igor Zunkovic has highly estimated the result of the work of “Slav-Invest” company which can be seen by every visitor of the new show-room. It is worth mentioning, that “Bavaria Wolltex Company” is concerned in realization of elite goods made of natural wool in the Ukrainian market.

Multifunctional complex including housing, office and sales facilities
| On the 6-th of October the advisory (consultative) consideration of pre-design proposals on construction of multifunctional complex including housing, office and sales facilities placed at Pobedy ave, 90, took place.
The design developer: “Master project”.
Customer (Client): “Interservice”.
To consideration of the members of Urban planning Council the conceptual design of the future multifunctional complex which includes housing, office and sales facilities was submitted. The location of this object has necessitated putting on the complex the destination of both housing and office facilities while the function of the sales ones became rather supplementary. Really, the peculiarity of this site is the closeness to the major capital highway (Pobedy ave.) due to which the city centre does not seem so far, and another feature is the proximity of the big park in Nivki and of the sufficiently convenient exit from our beautiful megapolis. As a whole, the majority of the present members of the Council appreciated (liked) the conceptual design both the architectural originality and functionality. Architects marked the singularity zest of the complex – the existence of the cosy internal territory reminiscent of long forgotten Kievan courtyards. But still the members of Urban planning Council advanced some remarks concerning the normative characteristic, namely the city planners noticed the fact of short distance from the complex up to the nearby five-storey buildings, and also closeness of the neighbouring private buildings area. The conceptual design will be worked out and modified taking into consideration the recommendations of Urban planning Council and in the nearest future it will appear before the public again.

“Steady values of small towns’ architecture”

The vice-president of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine - Tselovalnik Sergey Anatolievich (the Chief architect of “Slav-Invest” company) represented Ukraine at the conference “Steady values of small towns’ architecture” organized by Architectural Council of the Central and Eastern Europe which took place on September, 22-25 in Minsk (Belarus).
SAmong the members of the Ukrainian delegation there also was the head of architectural group of “Slav-Invest” Svetislav Grbic.
At the conference a number of subjects was considered, among them there were such as: small towns in national and regional systems of settling, cultural identity of small towns, formation of the spatial environment of small towns. Architects from 10 countries of Central and Eastern Europe were present at the conference. As a whole, this action was held in fruitful atmosphere and at the high level standard.

Grand opening of the office of (Daughter Enterprise) “Tarkett UA” company has taken place.
“Slav-Invest” has worked out the project documentation (Working Draft) and the interior design of the office premises, and it has also executed all the construction, installation and engineering works. Total area of the office premises together with a show-room is more than 310 sq. m. The office is located on the 1st floor of the elite building "Volna" at 13, Staronavodnitska Str.
The symbolic key to the new "house" has been handed over to the representatives of “Tarkett UA”. The works executed by “Slav-Invest” company were made at a stated time in accordance with the contract and within the given budget and also on a high qualitative level.

Deriugins’ School
|
On the 1st of October the Contract on project management of construction of “Center of callisthenics “Deriugin’s School” at 13 Druzhby Narodov blv, was signed.
The Customer of the given project is “Deriugin’s School”.
The supposed area of the complex is more than 62 thousand sq. m.
The complex will consist of 3 parts:
1) apartments (a high-rise part of the building),
2) commercial part in which cafes, bars, boutiques, reception services of a dry-cleaner and a laundry, a beauty shop, a casino, restaurants, a conference hall and a fitness-centre will be located,
3) Centre of callisthenics.
Centre of callisthenics will take the considerable part of the building with separate infrastructure. The staff of “Slav-Invest” will do their best to make this complex the real adornment (embellishment) of the capital.
