| On the 23rd of July celebrations took place in connection with completion of construction the 9th restaurant of restaurants chain "Svydko-Ukraina" in Polytechnicheska str., 3.
"Slav-Invest" LLC carried out works of General Subcontractor for construction of "Svydko" restaurant, and as well accomplished work out of corporate style for the restaurants chain.

The type of the object could be defined as "a city in the city".
The parameters of the complex are as follows:
- Housing zone 44 500 m2
- Sales-leisure zone 9 000 m2
- Offices zone 5 000 m2
- Parking zone 13 000 m2
The overall complex area: 71 500 m2

| The Second International Week of Project Management takes place in Odessa from 7th to 12th of June, 2004; Active participants are leading world specialists - Project Management Professionals : Mr. Archibald Russell, Mr. Edward Fern and Mr. Vladimir Liberzon.
In the context of the seminar the round table session took place, where the participants shared with their experience in realization of projects applying the methodology of project management.
Mr. Milan Pajevic, General Manager and the majority of Project Management Department staff represented "Slav-Invest" company.
At the round table session we read out the reports on the following subjects: "The role of consulting companies in investment projects", "Project Management in Ukraine: past, present, future"; The methodology of project management has been examined using as the basis the existing office - residential complex in construction.

Has taken place an official opening of the second phase of project "Forward" - construction of cigarette workshop and administrative building on the territory of British American Tobacco Ukraine plant in Pryluky.
Slav-Invest performs works on full project management.
The project should come to the end in the 2006.
British American Tobacco Ukraine, the owner of tobacco plant in Pryluky - is one of the leaders in Ukrainian tobacco industry. For today overall investments into modernization of this tobacco plant reach almost 60 million US dollars.
