| "Slav-Invest" Group of companies has started implementation of projects in Western Ukraine
According to Mr. Milan Pajevic, Chairman of the Board of directors of "Slav-Invest" Group of companies, administration of the company took a decision to open a regional representative office in Lvov. Such decision was caused by numerous propositions to take part in the implementation of commercial real estate projects in such cities of Western Ukraine as: Rovno, Yaremche, Ivano-Frankovsk, Drohobych, Bukovel, Truskavets and, sure, in Lvov and Lvov region. Company has already signed contracts on implementation of projects in Rovno, Truskavets and Drohobych (development of the project of complex reconstruction of "Dom odezhdy" in the commercial and entertaining complex, including improvement of adjacent territory and building of trading spaces at Korolenko Sq., Rovno, total area is about 16700 square meters; project management of construction of the residential house, apartment-hotel and hotel in Truskavets and commercial centre in Drohobych). Participation in implementation of residential house construction in Lvov and construction of 5-stars hotel in the tourist complex "Bukovel" is still under discussion.

| Chairman of the Board of directors of "Slav-Invest" Group of companies was elected as the Vice-President of Ukrainian Building Association on the 24th of June, 2008 at the meeting of the UBA Board of Directors.
26 heads of construction, development and insurance companies, members of UBA Board of Directors, took part in the meeting.
Ukrainian Building Association was created in May 2005 and today gathers more than 200 companies. UBA - is the biggest association of builders, investors and developers in Ukraine. UBA mission is to contribute to improvement of investment climate in Ukraine and development of the building sector in our country. The main aim of UBA is represent and protect interests of builders and investers on the ukrainian market.

| 22.07.2006 grand opening of cigarette workshop of Tobacco factory BAT-Priluki (Priluki, Chernigov region), which has been constructed within the the project of reconstruction of tobacco factory manufacture, took place. In the project "Slav-Invest" LLC carried out functions of the managing company. The project was realized within two years in two stages: completion of tobacco shop and construction of the administrative building, which opening took place in August, 2005, and also construction of cigarette workshop. The total area of reconstruction is 16 500 square meters. Realization of the project has come to the end in scheduled date and within the limits of the budget.

| On June 26, 2006 Slav-Invest completed office premises re-planning project for Baker & McKenzie in Renaissance Business Center at 24 Vorovskogo str., Kiev. Within the project Slav-Invest developed relevant project documentation and approved it with city authorities as well as has carried out fit-out and engineering works. Total area of the office premises is 1460 sq.m.

The third International Scientific and Practical Conference “PM Kiev 06” dedicated to the subject “Project management under the conditions of attainments globalization” took place in Kiev. The purpose of the Conference was to induce scientific and applied research in the project management area, to determine prospective trends of application of methodology of project management in practice and to exchange scientific information and state-of-the-practice in this area. | On May 18, 2006 Slav-Invest, LLC and Meganom, JSC signed a contract for designing of office premises at 1 Dneprovskiy spusk. The contract envisages drawing up interior design project and development of Shop Drawings for Client’s residence (total area – 1346 sq.m.). Besides that the project management contract is signed to provide respective services at this project. The object is to be commissioned in early 2007.
