Kyiv. The 3rd of February. Interfax-Ukraina – Engineering and project management company "Slav-Invest" has signed a Contract agreement with "Torgovuj dom "Inter Service” (both - Kyiv) investment company for managing projects of trading-entertaining complex (TEC)and a housing-office-trading complex construction in Kyiv. As the general director of "Slav-Invest ", Milan Pajevic, has informed agency "Interfax-Ukraina", TEC will be created after reconstruction and completion of the industrial building by the area 7,5 thousand sq.m. in Zakrevskogo street in Desnjanskij district. Its structure will include a supermarket with wide range of goods, restaurants, a zone of food-courts, cinema halls. After the reconstruction area of the building will increase up to 14,5 thousand sq.m. Term of realization of the TEC project in Trojeschina - 12 months.
The housing complex with office-trading premises will be constructed in Shevchenkovskij distruct near the underground station of "Nyvki". In it the two-floored underground parking and shopping-entertaining center - on the first and second floors are stipulated. The inhabited part is designed for two cases of 18 and 7 floors. The structure of the complex will also include 7-storeyed office block. Term of realization of the project - 30 months.
According to M.Pajevic, now "Slav-Invest" is holding tenders for designing and definition of General contractor for these projects. Company "Slav-Invest” (Slav-Invest Project Management and Engineering) was registered in 1993 as a joint French-Russian-Ukrainian enterprise. Now "Slav-Invest” LLC is the Ukrainian company with foreign management. The basic direction of activity – engineering works, general contracting and construction of objects "on a turn-key basis". Among clients - companies "McDonald's-Ukraine ", Arthur Andersen, bank "Aval ", Golden Telecom, East Balt Europe (France), insurance company Eurolife (Austria), Skaid-West, Austrian Telenor, Philip Morris, Odessa port plant, KRKA, Gorenje. Investment company "Trading house "Inter Service" realizes projects of inhabited and commercial real estate objects construction, credits for which gives InterKontinentBank (Kyiv). InterKontinentBank was registered in July, 1992. According to ÀÓÁ data, its pure assets for November, 1st, 2003 made 190,0 million UAH., the capital - 31,17 million UAH., financial result as of January, 1st, 2004 - 2,382 million UAH., a total sum of assets for the same date - 234,798 million UAH.
